Biography

Kacie Rutherford is a Brisbane based emerging artist specialising in jewellery and small objects. While her practice is mainly focused on the manipulation of metal, her work features experimental video, stop-motion animation, and drawing. All of Kacie’s work contains complexities as she has a strong fascination with intricate details. 

Education

2009-current   Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor of Fine Art at the Queensland
                     College of Art, Brisbane, QLD - Majoring in Jewellery and Small Objects.
2008              Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, QLD (incomplete).
